Meet Our Founder

Paige Fisher

Paige’s journey into recruitment started unexpectedly when her mechanical engineering career led to a job with an engineering recruitment agency. Quickly realizing her knack for it, she dove headfirst into the world of recruiting, eventually landing a top spot at one of the world’s largest agencies in NYC. Winning awards left and right, she became known for her expertise in various industries. In 2020, Paige founded Match Lab Recruiting, driven by the belief that recruitment can be a force for positive change, both professionally and personally.
