Meet Paige Fisher, Match Lab’s Founder
With a background in Mechanical Engineering and sales, Paige had never even heard about a career in recruitment until an engineering recruitment agency hired her to provide engineering expertise to their recruiting business. It immediately became apparent that she had a natural talent, and she fell in love with recruitment. Paige eventually was hired by one of the largest global recruitment agencies in the world and made the move to NYC. She quickly became one of the top recruiters in the US within her first year and won several MVP, Top Recruiter, and manager of the “Top Team” awards during her tenure there. She believes in making sure she becomes an expert in each industry she recruits within. This allows her to be a true partner to each and every client and candidate.Paige decided to start Match Lab Recruiting in 2020 with the hope that she can change the perception of recruitment and continue her success partnering with people and igniting change in their lives, companies, industries, and the world.
